The process and precautions for daily maintenance of the coupling The end face of the coupling is often machined on the shaft, which is to make the tenon on the end face of the coupling accurately concentric with the shaft centerline. In this process, special attention should be paid to ensure that the end face of the coupling is vertical to the rotor shaft, and attention should be paid to whether the matching of the tenon meets the requirements. For flange couplings without centering tenon, after drilling, two coupling halves shall be sleeved together for reaming.
(1) There are problems such as the sealing of lubricating oil series is good, the oil deteriorates, oil seepage and oil leakage. In case of the above situation, the seal and oil need to be replaced, and the oil needs to be replenished as soon as possible in case of shortage.
(2) Inspection of elastic coupling: when the rubber ring and leather pad are damaged, they need to be replaced as soon as possible. If the pin and hole are destroyed and there is vibration, it is necessary to drill a hole at an angle of half rotation, replace the standard new pin, and do not expand the original hole to be equipped with a new pin.
(3) Gear type stability inspection: when the transmission noise increases or the product is overhauled, it needs to be disassembled for inspection.
(4) The most basic requirements for its inspection: its connection should be stable, the connecting bolts and connecting keys should not be loose, its radial and end face jumps in the transfer should not be obvious when viewed visually, and should not exceed the limit when using the instrument for inspection.
